Female pleasure isn’t often seen on screen and when we do see it, the pleasure is usually in response to the male gaze. Give it to Me aims to highlight the joy and power of true female pleasure without guilt or shame.

You want to change the narrative of sex work!
Sex work has been villanified and criminalized in America since its founding. Sex workers, the majority identifying as female, are scandalized and shamed for their chosen occupation. When sex workers are depicted in film and media, the view is narrow and hypersexualized. Give it to Me hopes to give audiences a different, more positive perspective on sex workers.

You want to support stories that invoke discussion about sexual assault
1 out of every 6 American women have been sexually assaulted. Sexual assault leaves lasting effects on the victims for years and can disrupt the way we view sex. This film takes this issue and allows all the mess and confusion that comes from living in a traumatized body and offers us a way through it all. A way that is safe, honest, and empowering.

What does your contribution go towards?
With your donations, we will be able to pay our cast and crew a living wage in exchange for all their hard work and creative input. Our team is mostly women, so you’d help female filmmakers create something incredible and not go hungry because of it!
Your donation will also go towards renting the equipment we need to bring this vision to life! Lights, camera gear, set decoration— all the things that will ensure this film embodies the emotional depth and vulnerability this script demands!
Your help will allow us to hire incredible editors and other post production team members who will tie everything together resulting in a finished product ready for film festivals. More screenings will bolster the impact of the film as it reaches more people who need to see it.
